Registered Nurse (RN)| Home Health

Administer skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence, performing initial evaluations, reevaluations, and care plan revisions under physician orders. Initiate preventive and rehabilitative procedures, counsel patients and families, and process orders while notifying physicians of condition changes. Prepare clinical notes, conduct care conferences, and complete OASIS assessments, transfers, and discharges using ICD-10 codes. Supervise and teach LPNs and CNAs, referring patients to therapists and social workers as needed. Take on-call duty nights, weekends, and holidays. Requires current Washington RN license, ability to travel within King County, and a valid driver's license. Full-time Monday through Friday with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.
