Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) — Home Health. Plans, organizes and directs home care services with emphasis on community health. Performs initial patient and family assessment, develops and revises care plans, administers medications and treatments, and provides health care instructions. Delivers one-on-one patient care in home settings, communicates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and participates in on-call duties. Requires current RN license, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license; preferred one year nursing experience in home health, clinical, surgical, or critical care. Required Qualifications
- Is currently licensed as an RN through the State Board of Nursing
- Possesses and maintains current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Preferred at least one year general nursing experience (home health, clinical, surgical or critical care)
