Job Summary
Support patient recovery and ability to stay at home by educating families on disease management and providing clinical oversight to the interdisciplinary team. Case manage care for patients in the Bessemer, Hueytown, McCalla, and Tuscaloosa areas while empowering them to reach healthcare goals. Requires an RN license, two years of nursing experience, home health experience preferred, current driver's license, and CPR/BCLS certification. Full-time or part-time hours with flexible scheduling available. Compassus delivers integrated home-based services including home health, infusion, palliative, and hospice care to improve quality of life for patients and families.
Required Qualifications
