Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home health care to adult and geriatric clients across Cumberland, Harnett, and Hoke counties. Responsibilities include following care plans, making home visits, administering medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures; monitoring client conditions and reporting changes to the Clinical/Client Services Manager; following up on doctors' orders; performing client assessments; case management and coordination; and accurate documentation of observations and interventions using a touch-pad EMR. Requires NC RN license, at least 1 year of clinical experience, ability to travel to cases, strong interpersonal and computer skills, and independent time management. Required Qualifications
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina
- Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program (as indicated by transcript or diploma)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Solid computer skills; prior EMR experience preferred
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned
