Job Summary
Conduct home health nursing care by making visits to clients in designated territories, administering medications, performing wound care, and executing doctor's orders. Monitor patient conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Managers while performing client assessments as necessary. Follow designated care plans and accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a touch pad tablet for case management and coordination. Maintain a current PA RN license with at least one year of recent clinical experience, with prior home care experience preferred. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or per diem schedules in the King of Prussia/Norristown/Blue Bell area.
Required Qualifications
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in PA
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Solid computer skills
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned
Desired Qualifications
- Prior home care experience
- Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
