Job Summary
Provide in-home nursing care to adult and geriatric clients per designated care plans in the Raleigh area, performing visits across Durham and Chapel Hill territories. Responsibilities include medication administration, wound care, treatments and procedures, monitoring patient conditions, documenting changes and doctors’ orders, completing client assessments, and coordinating case management using an EMR tablet. Must follow documentation standards, travel to assigned cases, and maintain independent, compassionate, high-quality home health care aligned with BAYADA's values.
Required Qualifications
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina
- Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned

- Home health experience preferred
- EMR experience
- Travel-friendly with reliable transportation
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
