Job Summary
Conduct home health visits for adult and geriatric clients across Cumberland, Harnett, and Hoke counties. Execute assigned duties including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and procedures while following designated care plans. Perform client assessments, monitor conditions, and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager. Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a touch pad tablet to track doctor's orders and case management. Requires a current North Carolina RN license, one year of recent clinical experience, and ability to travel to assigned cases. Full-time, part-time, or per diem availability with a $2,500 sign-on bonus for full-time roles.
Required Qualifications
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Solid computer skills
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned
Desired Qualifications
- Prior home care experience
- Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
