Job Summary
Conduct home health visits to clients in senior living communities across Iredell, Rowan, and Davidson counties, following designated care plans and administering medications, wound care, and treatments. Perform client assessments, monitor conditions, and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Managers while accurately documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations on a touch pad tablet. Execute and document doctors' orders, manage case coordination, and travel to assigned cases as needed. Requires a current North Carolina RN license with home health experience, the ability to work independently, and proficiency in electronic medical records.
Required Qualifications
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina
- Home Health experience
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned
Desired Qualifications
- Desire to advance to leadership role
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
