Job Summary
Provide clinical, operational, and strategic leadership for the Home Health and Hospice Division by leading multiple offices and interdisciplinary teams. Drive growth while maintaining the highest standards of patient-centered, end-of-life care, ensuring regulatory compliance and clinical excellence across hospice operations. Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and compassion while developing and mentoring leadership staff to support long-term organizational success. Partner with executive leadership to advance AdvisaCare's mission and vision. This role requires an active Michigan RN license with at least two years of home health and hospice experience, including overseeing multiple offices.
Required Qualifications
- Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of home health and hospice experience
- Previous experience overseeing or managing multiple offices
- Strong communication, leadership, and employee development skills
- Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability in a growing organization
