Job Summary
Provide in-home healthcare nursing services to clients in Tennessee with flexible, one-on-one patient care. Schedule includes 12-hour day and night shifts (e.g., 7a-7p, 7p-7a) and allows placement in other locations as needed. Maintain compliance with agency policies, promote patient safety, and deliver high-quality home-based care. Must possess a state-approved nursing degree and a current, unrestricted RN license in the practice state(s); CPR certification and TB test required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to coordinate care and support patients in their homes.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing
- Current, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) of practice
- CPR certification
- TB test
