Job Summary
Provide in-home nursing care to clients in Gilbert, SC on a part-time or full-time basis. Assess health status, review plan of care to evaluate client response, verify medical orders, and administer prescribed medications. Maintain a safe and effective care environment, communicate/document observations and assessments, and practice nursing with respect for individual, cultural, and spiritual differences. Requires RN licensure with state practice privileges; BSN preferred; CPR and TB testing required.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing (BSN preferred)
- Current, unrestricted license as an RN in the state(s) of practice
- New grads welcome
- Current CPR certification and TB test
