Job Summary
Provide in-home nursing care per Nurse Practice Act and agency policies. Assess and evaluate health status of assigned clients; review plan of care to evaluate client response; verify medical orders and administer prescribed medications. Maintain a safe and effective care environment for clients and coworkers, document observations and assessments, and communicate effectively. Engage in professional case management through PCM as part of a one-on-one home health care team, delivering compassionate nursing care to clients in their homes. Be flexible with scheduling to accommodate part-time or full-time opportunities and uphold PCM’s core values in all interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing
- Current, unrestricted RN license in state(s) of practice
- CPR certification and TB test
- New grads welcome
