Job Summary
Provide in-home nursing care to clients in Ridge Spring, SC with schedules that include Part-Time and Full-Time options. Assess and evaluate health status, review plans of care, verify and administer prescribed medications, and maintain a safe environment for clients and coworkers. Document observations and assessments, and communicate with care teams. RN must possess a current, unrestricted license in SC, and CPR certification with TB test. BSN preferred. The role emphasizes one-on-one patient relationships, flexible scheduling, and benefits such as medical/dental/vision plans and HSA/FSA. PCM (Professional Case Management) is the employer. Experience and ongoing professional standards align with the Nurse Practice Act and agency policies.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing (BSN preferred)
- Current, unrestricted license as an RN in the state(s) of practice
- Current CPR certification and TB test
