Job Summary
RN/Home Health role in Augusta/Blythe, GA offering Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities. Provide in-home nursing services in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, agency policies, and professional standards. Utilize nursing process to assess health status, review plans of care, verify and administer prescribed medications, and maintain a safe home care environment. Build one-on-one patient relationships, perform observations and documentation, and communicate findings. Strong interpersonal and communication skills required; BSN preferred but any state-approved nursing program graduate with an active RN license and CPR/TB clearance is eligible. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of state-approved school of professional nursing
- Current, unrestricted RN license in state(s) of practice
