Job Summary
Provide in-home nursing care in Ohio as part of PCM’s Home Care division, delivering one-on-one patient care with a focus on quality of life and safety in the patient’s home. RNs will manage and coordinate in-home healthcare services, maintain compliance with agency policy, and collaborate with the team to support former nuclear workers served by PCM. The role offers flexible scheduling to fit personal needs, and mentorship is available for newly licensed nurses. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing
- Current, unrestricted RN license in state of practice
- CPR certification
- TB test
- New grads encouraged to apply; paid mentorship provided
- Minimum 1 year RN experience in acute care preferred
