Job Summary
Provide 1:1 patient care to pediatric and adult clients with g-tube, trach, and ventilator needs in their homes. Administer medications, perform patient assessments, and document progress electronically while maintaining relationships with additional care providers. Choose from day, evening, or overnight shifts, including weekend and part-time availability. Maintain current RN or LVN licensure and CPR certification. Required Qualifications
