Job Summary
Clinical Lead RN for in-home care in Towson, MD. You will conduct in-home patient assessments, develop and oversee individualized care plans, supervise CNAs/GNAs/HHA/Med Techs, coordinate follow-up, communicate with families and care teams, ensure safe and high-quality care delivery, maintain clinical documentation, and provide guidance to caregivers. Requires active Maryland RN license (or compact in MD), CPR/First Aid, reliable transportation, and strong assessment/communication skills; home-care/hospice/geriatrics experience preferred. Immediate openings with flexible scheduling and one-on-one patient care in home setting. This role emphasizes leadership, judgment, and continuity of care in a non-hospital environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active Maryland RN license (or compact license eligible in MD)
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation for home visits
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Experience in home care, hospice, or geriatrics preferred
