Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Care clinical lead in Towson, MD. In-home patient assessments, develop and oversee individualized care plans, supervise CNAs/GNAs/HHAs/Med Techs, coordinate follow-up care, communicate with families and care teams, ensure safe, compliant, high-quality care, maintain clinical documentation, and provide guidance to caregivers. Flexible scheduling, competitive pay, one-on-one patient care in the home, strong clinical support, and immediate openings. Requires active Maryland RN license (or compact), CPR/First Aid, reliable transportation, and experience in home care or geriatrics.
Required Qualifications
- Active Maryland RN license (or compact license eligible in MD)
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation for home visits
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Experience in home care, hospice, or geriatrics preferred
