Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) provides hands-on patient care, administers medications, assists with ADLs, manages tubes and drains, and performs advanced monitoring. Monitors heart rate, oxygen and neurological status, documents clearly, supports patients and families, and collaborates with RNs, physicians, and specialists to stabilize and progress patients from critical care toward recovery.
Required Qualifications
- LPN/LVN Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse
- Vocational School Graduate
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
