Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality, patient-centered care. Participate in ongoing assessments of patient care services in collaboration with management, while collaborating with subject matter experts to create a supportive teamwork environment. Provide recommendations for interviewing, selecting, and training new staff, and implement courses of action including training, development, conflict resolution, and performance evaluations. Support proper inventory control and manage supplies and equipment in accordance with patient care needs and established productivity guidelines. This role requires Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start. Applicants must hold an Associate or Bachelor's degree as a Registered Nurse. The position is located at Menorah Medical Center in Overland Park and Leawood, Kansas, a full-service acute care hospital and ER within the HCA Healthcare network.
