Registered Nurse, RN

Perform nursing assessments, collaborate with the team and families to develop plans of care, and establish measurable short- and long-term patient goals with interventions to minimize rehospitalizations. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, delegate patient care responsibilities to staff, and supervise implementation of tasks. Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts while providing care for patients with complex diagnoses. Requires current RN license, CPR certification, and variable compensation plans.
