Job Summary
Lead a team in providing compassionate, coordinated, and deeply personal care to residents, fostering a culture of respect and professional growth. Oversee daily operations while making independent decisions in compliance with laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in long-term care facilities. Ensure effective communication with residents and staff while maintaining knowledge of current nursing practices and procedures. Day, evening, and night shifts are available. Full-time employment includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, prescription drug benefits, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, PTO, and a 401K.
Required Qualifications
- ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college
- active RN license in the state of Virginia
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals
- Ability to read and understand written and oral instructions
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility
- Ability to make independent decisions
