Job Summary
Lead a team in overseeing compassionate, coordinated, and deeply personal resident care within a small, family-like long-term care facility. Manage daily operations while fostering a culture of respect and professional growth where staff voices are heard. Ensure all care aligns with Virginia nursing laws, regulations, and guidelines governing long-term care facilities. Day shift availability is offered for this full-time role. Required Qualifications
- ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college
- active RN license in the state of Virginia
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals
- Ability to read and understand written and oral instructions
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility
- Ability to make independent decisions
