Registered Nurse (RN) | Helen Porter Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing - Fulltime

Deliver high-quality skilled nursing and rehabilitation care in Long-Term Care, Memory Care, or Post Acute units, providing personalized support for residents with diverse medical needs including stroke recovery and neurological disorders. Manage daily living assistance, therapeutic care between therapy sessions, and individualized activity programs tailored to resident abilities. Maintain current Vermont RN licensure and possess appropriate clinical experience for the specific unit assignment. Full-time weekday orientation is required for the first two weeks. The role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance up to $9,200, and shift differentials of $3/hour for evenings, $5/hour for nights, and $2/hour for weekends. Located in Middlebury, VT, this position is part of a team dedicated to person-centered care in a newly renovated, homelike environment.
