Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) on the Heart Failure/CICU units providing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care; may supervise non-RN personnel and act as charge nurse; develops individualized care plans, educates patients and families, coordinates care with healthcare team, and supports ongoing professional development. BSN preferred; CT licensure required; certification encouraged; units handle complex cardiac/neuro cases with advanced devices (e.g., LVAD/ECMO) and post-operative care. Located in Driggs, Idaho with facility affiliation to YNHHS; strong emphasis on integrity, patient-centered care, respect, accountability, and compassionate teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Current registered nurse in the State of Connecticut
- BSN preferred
- BCLS certification or obtain within one month of hire
- Licensure in Connecticut
- Clinical specialty certification encouraged
