Registered Nurse (RN) - Heart and Vascular L4WA, Rotating

Assess, diagnose, and implement individualized plans of care for patients in the heart and vascular unit while anticipating status changes and modifying care as needed. Advocate for patient autonomy, ensure informed consent, and mentor colleagues to advance nursing practice. Manage interpersonal relationships, delegate care appropriately, and prioritize time to optimize patient outcomes. Apply current evidence to daily practice, contribute to quality improvement, and precept student nurses and residents. Maintain licensure in New Hampshire and hold required BLS and ACLS certifications.
