Job Summary
RN responsibilities include providing prescribed medical and dialysis treatment, delivering professional and technical nursing care to dialysis patients, directing and supervising other team members, collaborating with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care, and maintaining a safe patient environment according to policies and standards. The role requires standing and bending, and candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN licensure for the state of practice, possess computer skills, excellent communication, and pass Ishihara’s Color Blind Test. Flexible scheduling is required; sponsorship is not available. A sign-on bonus up to $13,000 is offered along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current RN licensure appropriate to the state of practice
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule

- Excellent bedside manner and communication skills
