Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) will conduct in-home assessments, develop and periodically update individualized care plans for clients receiving non-medical home care, supervise caregivers, ensure compliance with state regulations, advocate for clients and families, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with the Director of Nursing and care team to ensure high-quality, compliant homecare services.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Maryland RN license
- Minimum 2 years of experience in home healthcare/homecare
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Criminal background check
- CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of state regulations for non-medical homecare
- Competence in training and supervising homecare aides or caregivers
