Job Summary
Registered Nurse for the Surgical Inpatient Unit (GYN & Urology) in 4B, a 23-bed unit that can flex to 35 beds. Provide patient-centered care, collaborate in a team-focused environment, and support general, urological, and gynecological procedures. Requires BSN or commitment to obtain within three years, Delaware license or eligibility, at least one year of med/surg experience, and BLS. Day/midnight rotating schedule (7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m.), 72 hours per pay, with weekend and holiday commitments. Hourly pay range: $41.28–$66.05. Required Qualifications
- BSN or commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire
