Job Summary
Deliver compassionate patient care, providing education, emotional support, and guidance to residents, families, and caregivers. Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on comprehensive assessments while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate transfers, discharges, and referrals. Effectively delegate patient care to ancillary personnel and may precept student nurses or perform supervisory responsibilities as needed. Earn shift differentials up to $7/hr and work variable per diem hours in a collaborative long-term care environment.
Required Qualifications
