Job Summary
Perform nursing assessments, collaborate with the team to develop care plans, and establish measurable goals to minimize rehospitalizations. Administer medications per physician orders and delegate patient care responsibilities to staff while supervising implementation. Communicate patient information between staff and across shifts. You will provide care for patients with complex diagnoses to enhance knowledge and skills in various areas. Schedule is 3pm-11pm. Posted salary range is $35.00 - $41.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing
- currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing
- CPR Certification
