Registered Nurse (RN) - Grace Medical Center - A.C.T.

Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per shift basis while supervising staff under delegated tasks. Accurately evaluate and document patient assessments, including pain and comfort measures, and prioritize family needs into the care plan. Perform hourly rounding, develop discharge plans, and delegate tasks to ensure timely follow-up. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, participate in practice meetings, and engage in peer review processes to maintain competency and improve quality. Remain current on evidence-based practice changes and monitor Nurse Sensitive Indicators to support safe, appropriate nursing care.
