Registered Nurse (RN, GN) -Surgical A4

Assess and identify patient problems, establish care plans, and evaluate care for patients recovering from general surgical, orthopedic, bariatric, GI, Women's Health, and medical procedures. Demonstrate clinical competence through the nursing process while building synergistic nurse-patient relationships. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, supportive environment on a 36-hour weekly rotating schedule. Maintain confidentiality and respond appropriately to emergency situations.
