Registered Nurse (RN)

Assess patient status, determine priority of problems, and implement clinical nursing interventions for acute and critical patients. Develop and perform patient care plans to enhance outcomes while ensuring a safe therapeutic environment. Administer medications safely and maintain meticulous records of all care administered. Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, create care plans, implement treatments, and evaluate effectiveness using evidence-based clinical judgment. Anticipate and adapt to rapidly changing patient conditions. Requires current state RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS certification within six months. Minimum two to three years of RN experience with preference for Med/Surg, Critical Care, Stepdown, or Emergency Department background.
