Job Summary

Lead interdisciplinary rounds to facilitate appropriateness of care and smooth transitions across the continuum while providing direct, safe patient care based on the nursing process. Effectively prioritize and delegate care to promote clinical outcomes, utilizing evidence-based practice to address clinical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs. Actively participate in unit councils and Nursing Quality Teams to improve nursing sensitive indicators, RN satisfaction, and patient experience data. Demonstrate cultural intelligence and hold peers accountable for healthy relationships while modeling safe work hours and stewardship.

Required Qualifications

  • Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia
  • Associate's Degree, ADN or Diploma
  • At least 1 year of RN experience
  • Demonstrated competence in RN I performance expectations
  • Meets experience requirements upon hire
  • Basic computer skills necessary to operate computer systems used on unit
