Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, compassionate care tailored to individual patient needs while utilizing specialized plan-of-care interventions to shape exceptional patient journeys. Use clinical judgment to guide interventions across various intensive care units, leveraging advanced technologies to support and enhance patient outcomes. Act as a proactive leader and patient-care innovator within the Geriatric Department, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to build strong clinical skills. Requires current RN license in North Carolina, minimum two years of experience, Associate Degree in Nursing, and BLS certification. Full-Time Day 3x12 schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of North Carolina (or compact license)
- Minimum Two (2) years of RN experience
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited nursing program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
