Registered Nurse, RN

Provide care for patients/residents with complex diagnoses while performing nursing assessments and administering medications per physician orders. Collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care and establish measurable short- and long-term patient goals. Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure interventions are implemented, while communicating patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.
