Registered Nurse, RN

Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care. Establish realistic, measurable short- and long-term patient goals with interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and evaluate outcomes. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders while delegating patient care responsibilities to staff and supervising their implementation. Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts to ensure continuity. Provide high-quality care for residents with complex diagnoses in a long-term care setting.
