Registered Nurse, RN

Provide high-quality, person-centered care to residents with complex diagnoses across short-term recovery and long-term settings. Perform nursing assessments, administer medications per physician orders, and establish measurable patient goals to minimize rehospitalizations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families to develop effective care plans, while delegating tasks to staff and supervising their implementation. Communicate patient information continuously between shifts and ensure all interventions are executed consistently. Work flexible day and overnight shifts with a base pay of $40.00-$47.50/hour plus shift differential.
