Job Summary
Perform nursing assessments, collaborate with the team to develop care plans, and establish measurable patient goals to minimize rehospitalizations. Administer medications per physician orders and delegate responsibilities to staff while supervising task implementation. Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts. Change the lives of patients and residents by providing care for those with complex diagnoses.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing
