Registered Nurse, RN

Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care. Establish realistic, measurable short- and long-term patient goals with interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and evaluate outcomes. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, delegating patient care responsibilities to staff and supervising implementation. Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts. Provide care for patients with complex diagnoses while fostering knowledge in diverse clinical areas. Full-time day shift with 12-hour shifts and every other weekend schedule.
