Job Summary
Perform nursing assessments, collaborate with the team to develop plans of care, and establish measurable short- and long-term patient goals. Administer medications per physician orders, delegate patient care responsibilities to staff, and supervise implementation of interventions. Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts to ensure continuity. Work full-time shifts including 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM rotations. Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing
