Job Summary
Perform nursing assessments, collaborate with the team to develop care plans, and establish measurable patient goals to minimize rehospitalizations. Administer medications per physician orders, delegate responsibilities to staff, and supervise task implementation. Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts. Provide care for residents with complex diagnoses while fostering knowledge of their families. Full-time eligible RNs may receive a $15,000 retention bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing
- CPR Certification
