Job Summary
Perform nursing assessments, collaborate with the team and families to develop care plans, and establish measurable patient goals to minimize rehospitalizations. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders while delegating tasks to staff and supervising their implementation. Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts to ensure continuity of care for residents with complex diagnoses. Full-time and part-time night shift positions available.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing
- currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing
- CPR Certification
