Registered Nurse, RN

Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders while delegating patient care responsibilities to staff and supervising their implementation. Establish realistic, measurable short- and long-term patient goals with interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and evaluate outcomes continuously. Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts to ensure seamless care delivery.
