Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the team to develop effective plans of care for patients with complex diagnoses. Establish measurable short- and long-term goals with interventions to minimize rehospitalizations, while administering medications and treatments per physician orders. Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise implementation of tasks, ensuring clear communication of patient information between shifts. Part-time day and night shift availability. Variable compensation plans ranging from $34.00 to $48.00 per hour.
