Job Summary
Perform nursing assessments, collaborate with the team to develop care plans, and establish measurable patient goals to minimize rehospitalizations. Administer medications per physician orders, delegate responsibilities to staff, and supervise implementation of interventions. Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts while providing care for residents with complex diagnoses. Work the 11p-7a shift full-time.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing
- CPR Certification
