Job Summary
Perform nursing assessments, administer medications per physician orders, and develop effective plans of care with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team. Establish measurable short- and long-term patient goals, delegate responsibilities to staff, and supervise implementation of interventions to minimize rehospitalizations. Communicate patient information across shifts and maintain knowledge of complex diagnoses to enhance resident well-being. Full-time, part-time, and per diem slots available with a posted salary range of $43.00 - $49.00 per hour.
