Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document care activities for patients across the lifespan in accordance with HHS standards and the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act. Develop, modify, and implement patient care plans tailored to age-specific needs while interpreting data to identify and address individual requirements. Provide efficient, effective, and quality patient care appropriate to the assigned unit at Hillcrest Medical Center, a 656-bed facility featuring specialized centers for burns, women's health, rehabilitation, cancer treatment, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.
