Registered Nurse (RN) - Gastric Motility Augusta

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care to promote short- and long-term outcomes. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate daily patient flow, communicate care plans, and maintain accurate documentation of assessments, changes, and education. Serve as a patient advocate by listening to concerns, providing health-related education, and ensuring patient- and family-centered care. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support shared governance councils, and mentor other nurses. Maintain professional licenses, complete required training including BLS, ACLS, and ARC certifications, and stay current with industry best practices. Work full-time days Monday through Friday with no weekends or call.
